Cover Corp. (5253) announced on March 23 that it has made an investment in NERD and entered into a joint business agreement with the company.
With the establishment of “Studio STELLAR,” the personal management office of its affiliated VTuber Hoshimachi Suisei, the company will shift the core of the talent’s individual activities—such as streaming and music activities as a solo artist—to this new entity.
Accordingly, by investing in NERD, which operates “Studio STELLAR,” and entering into a joint business agreement, Cover will continue to maintain its existing contractual framework while supporting Suisei’s future activities in cooperation with the company and related parties.
While she will continue collaborative and group activities as a VTuber affiliated with Hololive Production, NERD will take responsibility for talent management related to her solo artist activities going forward and will support those activities.
