Attachment 1: Conditions for the Approval of Swimsuit Photography Events at Saitama Prefectural Parks

*These conditions for the approval of swimsuit photography events are specific to events scheduled for September and October of the 5th Year of Reiwa. Please note that separate conditions will be established for approvals in the 6th Year of Reiwa and beyond.

●Approval:
The issuance of the "Permission for Activities within the Park" signifies the confirmation of facility usage. Until the "Permission for Activities within the Park" is issued, the usage is not permitted under any circumstances. Please be aware that the "Permission for Activities within the Park" may be requested during the usage period, and it should be kept until the end of facility usage.

●Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
Actions that violate the Criminal Code, City Parks Act, Saitama Prefecture City Parks Ordinance, and other relevant laws and regulations are strictly prohibited.
If models under the age of 18 are involved, any actions that violate laws and ordinances, such as the Child Pornography Prohibition Act, Labor Standards Act, and Saitama Prefecture Youth Development Ordinance, are prohibited.

●Model's Attire:
Swimsuits classified as micro-bikinis and those with similar levels of exposure are prohibited.

Nipple covers, inner shorts, swimwear, or attire where the adhesive covers are visible are prohibited.

Underwear (including items resembling underwear) and shell-like swimsuits are prohibited.

The organizers must instruct and supervise the performers to avoid excessive exposure.
If park management officials determine that there is excessive exposure, they may instruct the change of attire, and if not followed, they reserve the right to revoke the permission and cancel the event. The park will not be held responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result.

●Poses:
Poses deemed provocative are prohibited (e.g., attempting to remove or pull down swimsuits, excessively spreading legs).

Poses that give the impression of not wearing a swimsuit are prohibited.

Attachment 2: Conditions for the Approval of Swimsuit Photography Events at Saitama Prefectural Parks

●Poses:
The organizers must instruct and supervise the performers to avoid provocative poses.
If park management officials determine that there are provocative poses, they may instruct the organizers to correct them, and if not complied with, they reserve the right to revoke the permission and cancel the event. The park will not be held responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result.

●Photography Locations:
The permitted photography areas are limited to the poolside (as indicated in the approved plan).
Entering the pool itself is prohibited unless authorized by the park management.
(Model entry is also not allowed, even when the pool is empty.)
Unauthorized use or standing on the equipment is prohibited.
Unauthorized use of park facilities is prohibited.
Please ensure privacy for other park visitors by arranging for suitable screening.

●Park Rules:
Some park toilets may be closed. Please inform participants about available toilet facilities.
If arranging buses for event participants, please consult with the park management in advance.
Ensure thorough communication to prevent roadside parking.
During the event, staff should be positioned to monitor all photography areas and ensure compliance with the rules.
The organizers are responsible for enforcing park rules among participants and related personnel. If any violations are discovered, the organizers should handle the situation.

●Cleanliness and Waste Separation:
After the event, please inspect the usage area and surrounding areas to collect trash (including dressing rooms).
Return any moved equipment to its original position.
In case of damage to facilities or equipment, promptly report it to the management office.
Trash should generally be taken back by participants. Disposal services are available for a fee, but we cannot accept improperly sorted waste, dangerous materials, or bulky items.

●Compliance with Usage Time and Locations:
The usage time is limited to the hours specified in the application, including preparation and cleanup. Additional fees will apply for any overtime usage.
If early morning or nighttime usage is desired for preparation or cleanup, please consult with the park management in advance.
Access to areas outside the permitted usage scope is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized entry into buildings without permission, such as machinery rooms within the pool area or inside fences, is also prohibited.
The organizers are responsible for managing the behavior of participants and related personnel.

●Management of Equipment Brought In:
For equipment brought in, please consult in advance if it requires significant power consumption.

Attachment 3: Conditions for the Approval of Swimsuit Photography Events at Saitama Prefectural Parks

・The estimated power capacity for each room is 20 amperes.
・Please use equipment without malfunctions or damages, follow the instructions and precautions for equipment usage, and ensure proper management. Especially for electrical equipment like power strips, be sure to use them within their capacity range. Octopus wiring is prohibited.
・If you plan to leave equipment overnight for consecutive days of use, please consult with park management staff regarding the storage location and method. Disconnect all devices from the outlets when not in use.

●Preparation on the Previous Day, Cleanup on the Following Day, and Parcel Delivery:
・If you wish to prepare the event on the previous day or clean up on the following day, please consult in advance. Depending on the schedule, we may not be able to accommodate such requests, and a usage fee will apply even for preparation or cleanup only.
・For parcel delivery, please consult in advance. Depending on the schedule and content, we may not be able to accept deliveries without prior arrangement, and we reserve the right to refuse acceptance.

●Additional Approval Required for Certain Activities:
・Additional application and fees are required for activities such as kitchen car vending, merchandise sales, video shooting (including personal account SNS distribution videos of performers), drone usage, and advertising displays.

●Reservation Restrictions (Penalties):
・Violation of the approved conditions and rules or unjustified cancellations may result in limitations for future facility reservations and arrangements.

●Pre-Event Meeting:
・To ensure a smooth and safe event, the park management office and the event organizers will conduct thorough pre-event meetings.
*On the day of usage, park management staff will conduct periodic inspections to verify compliance with the approved conditions.
